Marketing Coordinator (UK)

Part time role that can be executed remotely or from our Lancashire office


We are looking for a passionate, diligent and creative individual to take over the reins of our marketing initiatives from our company leadership team. You will be required to increase our company brand awareness by building upon our already excellent industry reputation for high quality solutions. In short this role will be largely about ensuring our marketing message and presence evolves appropriately as our company rapidly grows.


Main Duties

  • Taking full ownership of the development and execution of our 2022 marketing and branding strategy.

  • Building our LinkedIn presence through developing and managing the creation of excellent content (blogs, vlogs, infographics, company updates etc).

  • ​Take ownership of our website liaising with our developers to continuously update and improve content.

  • Managing marketing campaigns.

  • Developing original copy for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials.

  • Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.

  • Monitoring marketing industry news and submitting reports on emerging trends to management.

  • Training and mentoring will be provided to develop the individual’s technical expertise as required.

To qualify you must be able to:

  • We are looking for an individual who is studying for or recently graduated in a degree in marketing, business or related discipline.

  • We are interested in speaking to people with the following qualities:

  • You have a very high standard of written English.

  • You are exceptionally well organised.

  • You are aware of the current trends and a frequent social media user.

  • You are comfortable with digital design and if possible, basic video editing.

  • You are highly effective at organising individuals to execute their part in our marketing strategy (for example ensuring that a consultant is lined up to deliver a certain blog by a certain date).

  • You are interested in working in a small, dynamic but rapidly growing startup.

  • You are flexible and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • You are a good communicator - both written and orally.

  • Finally, evidence of past accomplishments within marketing must be demonstrated.
