His extensive on-site experience includes many years working specifically with Caterpillar MineStar™ and Wenco Mining Systems. Since joining MTS, Roliano has significantly broadened his expertise to encompass a wider variety of other systems.

• Fleet Management Systems: Optimising real-time production tracking, assignments, and fleet utilisation.

• High Precision Guidance Systems: Implementing high-precision guidance systems for drills, loaders, and grading equipment to improve fragmentation and bench heights.

• Fatigue Monitoring Systems: Implementing fatigue management systems in Southern America and Oceania, Roliano has a strong handle on what is required particularly from an operator change management and reporting perspective.
