Marian brings over 17 years of deep-sector experience in mining, heavy equipment, and asset health. His career is built on a foundation of Caterpillar dealership expertise, combined with a proven track record of delivering success for MTS’s premier global mining clients through dedicated, multi-year engagements. His versatile background spans product support and asset management for both mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Data-Driven Operational Excellence

Marian is a specialist in transforming raw equipment telematics into actionable operational intelligence. As a proficient SQL expert, he designs custom reporting solutions and high-impact visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects. His unique value lies in his ability to bridge the gap between complex data and practical on-site application, frequently troubleshooting and resolving critical equipment issues for customers.

Project Leadership & Innovation

Beyond his technical work, Marian serves as a cornerstone of our project management team. He leads the day-to-day execution of asset health and BI initiatives, acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both clients and back-end developers. His leadership extends to:

• Process Standardisation: Developing site-specific SOPs and operational processes across diverse global mine sites.

• Product Strategy: Serving as a key SME contributor to the Haul Road Explorer development roadmap.

• Solution Design: Driving the evolution of our proprietary asset health tools, including the Equipment Data Interface and Trend Exception Tool.

Based in the UK, Marian maintains a global presence, regularly traveling to client operations to provide hands-on leadership and strategic support.
