As a Co-Founder of Mine Tech Services (MTS), Tom has been central to the company’s mission of empowering mines to enhance productivity and minimize waste. His expertise is reflected in the firm's strategic consultancy and ground breaking software solutions, such as the Trend Exception Tool (TET) for advanced asset health monitoring and Haul Road Explorer for fleet optimisation. Under his leadership, MTS has established itself as a premier partner for mines seeking to do more with their technology.

Before founding MTS, Tom served at Unatrac, where he was instrumental in developing a specialised Cat MineStar Health equipment solutions department. During his tenure, he built and managed successful client relationships across diverse and challenging markets, including Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and the CIS region. His work in these territories solidified his reputation for delivering high-level asset health support to major players in the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors.
