MTS created a suite of customiseddashboards to transform the site’s Fleet Management System (FMS) and Mine Engineering data into actionable insights. Developed in close collaboration with the Long Canyon team, the solutions were rapidly prototyped and refined through a series of agile development sprints.
These dashboards provided improved operational analytics, enabling the site to address key business challenges, optimise decision‑making, and enhance both mobile equipment health monitoring and process plant performance.
